Celevision
We believe ministry teams should regularly take time to do two things ...
1. Look back and celebrate (what God has done through His people and our efforts).
2. Look forward and prayerfully consider the vision for the upcoming ministry season.
We do this in our local context through what we call Celevision. Twice a year, we meet as leaders for an all-day gathering designed to encourage one another, share a meal, have fun, celebrate, and cast vision. These environments help shape our culture. We review our staff's core values, explore leadership principles, emphasize our common goals, and pray for God's help. These experiences strengthen us, foster unity, clarify expectations, and keep us focused on our purpose, core values, culture, and team dynamics.
